The Design Standards and Guidelines/Zoning Ordinance for Traditional Main Street Overlay Areas only apply to 2 areas in Southwest Detroit: The W. Vernor & Springwells BID and the Mexicantown-Hubbard Communities Main Street/Business District
 
  • W. Vernor, from Woodmere to 18th St./Newark St.
  • Springwells from W. Vernor to I-75 Service Drive
  • Bagley Ave., from 24th St. to 16th Street.
