Job Title: Program Manager
Reporting to: Vice President, Programs and Compliance
Summary: The Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and documentation of
programs aimed at supporting business advocacy, training, and partnership development. This role
is pivotal in driving program outcomes and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and
grant requirements.
Essential Functions:

- Deliver, manage, and implement programs supporting business advocacy, training, and
partnership development. Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve program

- Create and maintain comprehensive data records for programs, ensuring accuracy and
accessibility. Prepare detailed compliance reports outlining program outcomes and

Experience/Position Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit or community
development setting. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in grant management, financial management, and fundraising strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business advocacy, training, and partnership development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or related field or
equivalent level of experience and education. - Spanish language proficiency helpful.

Work Schedule:
Employment/Contract
- Full time – 37.5 hours/week, five days a week, M-F, Hybrid, 3 days/week minimum in the Office
- Part time – 24 hours/week, three days a week, In-Person Office Schedule. Hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours based on workload and events.
